Meet Kayla, the artist behind the magic of lashes and brows. With over six years of dedicated experience and formal training and certification in the art of lashes, she has transformed countless faces into stunning works of art.
After relocating to Houston in 2022, she rebranded her business to include the expertise of brow enhancement.
In her studio, she specializes in a range of services, including lash extensions, brow tinting and microshading. Her goal is to enhance your natural beauty and leave you feeling confident and radiant, whether it's for an everyday look or a special occasion.
Booking Policy
Deposit & Payment
A $50 non-refundable deposit (+ $1 processing fee) is due when you book your appointment and is worked into your total. The remaining balance is due in CASH, ZELLE OR CARD ONLY at the immediate conclusion of your appointment.
Please note the deposit amount may vary for brow services
Late Policy
A $10 late fee is applied to your service if you arrive 10 minutes late. At 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will need to schedule a new appointment. Deposits are not transferable for cancelations.
(It is at my discretion whether or not I have time to complete your service if you are late)
Appointment Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you after you submit payment information. Please check and review your email so that you are prepared for you service. If you do not receive an email upon booking please contact us here immediately!
A reminder email will be sent 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. You are responsible for knowing when and where you are scheduled for your service.
Cancelation Policy
You may RESCHEDULE online (confirmation email) up until 48 hrs before an appointment in order to keep your deposit. You may reschedule an appointment up to 2 times before your appointment is cancelled!
You may CANCEL online (confirmation email) before an appointment however your deposit will not be transferred to new appointment nor is it refundable.
ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN A 100% CHARGE OF SERVICE.
If you schedule an appointment in error it will be canceled and a new appointment must be made.
VIP FEE
If you would like to be scheduled for a date/time that is not shown on the calendar, email support@shopmaquillage.com to be squeezed in for an additional fee of $50.
