DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

A $50 non-refundable deposit (+$1 processing fee) is due when scheduling your appointment and is worked into your total. The remaining balance is due in cash, Zelle, or card at the conclusion of the service. 

Please note, deposit prices vary for brow services. 

LATE POLICY

All appointments are time sensitive and have a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a fee of $10 will be applied to your final balance. At 15 minutes or more your appointment may be subject to cancellation and you must schedule a new appointment and submit a new deposit. Deposits are not transferable or refundable for cancelations. 

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email including the address, parking details and remaining balance will be sent immediately upon booking. Please review this email to prepare for your service. If you have not received an email please send a message to support@shopmaquillage.com

A reminder email will be sent 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. All clients are responsible for knowing when and where they are scheduled to meet for their service. 

CANCELATION POLICY 

You may reschedule online in your confirmation email up until 48hrs before your scheduled service in order to transfer your deposit. You may reschedule up to 2 times before your appointment is canceled. 

To cancel your appointment you may do so in your confirmation email or send a message to support@shopmaquillage.com. Deposits are not transferable for cancelations. 

All no call, no show appointments will be charged an inconvenience fee of 100% of the service price. 

VIP/ SQUEEZE IN FEE

If you would like to be scheduled for a date/ time that is not shown on the online calendar, please send an email to support@shopmaquillage.com with the subject line: VIP Fee, your desired service with a day and time that works for you. Please note all squeeze in/ VIP appointments are an additional $50 + the service price. 

REFUND POLICY 

There are absolutely no refunds on any services rendered by Maquillage!
